I know that the girls go off on tangents on the show... I love hearing it. But just a quick question...How are people supposed to call in if michelle just automatically puts someone on hold with out acknowledging the caller? This has happened a few times with me trying to call in and get advice etc.... Its a little discerning.... I mean even if Michelle doesnt like the caller they dont get through. How is that fair... I know she has to screen them but really she sees a phone number and she refuses to talk to them? A little bias to Tiffs "Besties" dont you think

Actually that happens when the phones are going crazy or Mushy isn't there. They don't always have time to get your name, but they do come back to get it. Having been on anonymous hold multiple times, I know it can be frustrating.

I know its just really iritating

I guess the "good news" if any is that the show is so popular that the lines are always full; guess thats better than no calls.
But I know its irritating.
